I'm kinda happy with this one...I wanted it to look like the pattern was carved into the surface...

I haven't been painting for a year and a half really....I took a lot of photographs....
Just lately, I have started a new painting...but I also really love playing around with the seemingly unlimited possibilities of the digital palette......
I'm also a bit stuck for lack of space....I've been looking for a studio to work in ..but it costs money, which is also something I lack..lol

life goes on...........(:

Gorgeous knotwork pattern and wonderful color palette!

the colours come from the photo..Bubbles of air, under ice, over mud and gravel...

maybe..I do like some of the things he makes...
Though the knotwork is from a drawing i made 20 years ago.....
Knotwork is kinda universal...It has it's roots in weaving and basketry...It's been around a long time....(:

Maybe...Them Vikings really got about..!
I thing it's maybe in my blood..(:

Oh, yes, I loved your photos!
I look forward to seeing a new painting!
Ik weet hoe het voelt als je geen genoeg ruimte hebt! Succes ermee!
